What is an Apple Authorized Service Provider?

Being an Apple Authorized Service Provider (AASP) means we are allowed by Apple to repair in and out of warranty devices with genuine Apple parts. We not only use those parts, but certified Apple tools and diagnostics to help ensure your devices are back up and running the right way.

I cracked my screen - can you fix it?

Most likely yes. If you have AppleCare+, accidental damage on your in-warranty device is covered. If your device is out of warranty bring it in anyway, we can discuss with you a plan to repair or help you get your computer replaced and your data transferred.

What are your hours? 

We are in the shop every Monday through Friday from 10 am to 6 pm. If there is a reason we need to close, please check our homepage for notifications.

Where are you located?

We are at 1000A Pannell Street, Columbia MO. You will see our awning at the end of the building. Park right up front and come ring the bell!

Do you require an appointment?

Yes we do!

What do I need to do to prepare for our appointment?

Before anything we ask you do three things:

1. Make an Appointment on our Schedule page

2. Disable "Find My" from your device

3. Back up your data before leaving your home!

My hard drive died - can you help?

We can certainly try to help using off the shelf tools that we are very proficient at. Many times we can recover data, but we are partnered with Drive Savers. They use super clean rooms to dissemble your hard drive and get back your data.

Will I need to know my Username and password?

You should know that - but not for us. If need be, we ask that you make a temporary account on your device for us to log into if we need to do any testing. However depending on the case, this may not be necessary.

Do you offer in-person iPhone and iPad repairing in Columbia, MO?

Absolutely we do. iPhones are our speciality! Apple does require us to mail iPads in for repairs.

What is the worst computer you've had to fix?

We will tell you when you come in :)
